HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION (TR) No.1296 of 2017 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondents have issued rec overy proceedings dated 12.12.2013 and the petitioner has challenged the said proceedings before the Tribunal. The Tribunal granted interim order directing the respondents not to recover the amount from the petitioner. Thereafter, the respondents have filed counter affidavit stating as follows :- " It is therefore submitted that the interim relief sought by the applicant has been considered and stopped the recoveries of the two advance increments sanctioned and paid to him w.e.f. 21.04.1999 to end of May 2004 besides dropping the revised Audit Para issued vide U.O.Note No.AIB/ 532/ 2013, dated 28.12.2013."

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents has also not disputed the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

By placing the above submissions on record, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
