Heard.

The petitioner has already filed a complaint, which is the subject of enquiry being Complaint No.1010/2015/B2 before Upa-Lokayukta. It is evident from the record that an order was passed by the Upa-Lokayukta on 30-11-2015 and further hearing is fixed on 08-03-2016. The substance of the complaint before Upa-Lokayukta and the prayer in the present writ petition is more or less similar. Hence, in my view, when the Upa-Lokayukta is seized of the petitioner's complaint and which is under enquiry, it is neither proper nor desirable to entertain this writ petition as it amounts to entertaining parallel proceedings on the self same issue.

Hence, with the liberty to the petitioner to prosecute the said complaint, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
