This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is filed by the petitioner/ wife seeking to transfer F.C.O.P.No.580 of 2019 from the file of learned Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, L.B.Nagar to the file of II Additional Family Court-cum-XV Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at Kukatpally. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ wife and perused the record. In spite of service of notice, none appears for the respondent/ husband.

Admittedly, F.C.O.P.No.580 of 2019, on the file of learned Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar is filed by the respondent/ husband under Section 13 (1) (i) (a) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for divorce on the ground of cruelty. 4.

As seen from the record, the petitioner/ wife is residing at Kukatpally. The convenience of petitioner/ wife is paramount consideration. Therefore, the II Additional Family Court-cum-XV Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at Kukatpally, is convenient for her and is also less expensive to attend. 5.

Under these circumstances, the F.C.O.P.No.580 of 2019 from the file of learned Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, L.B.Nagar is withdrawn and transferred to the file II

Additional Family Court-cum-XV Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at Kukatpally, for disposal in accordance with law. 6.

Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
