Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies.

By the impugned order dated 23.2.2015, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kurnool, Kurnool District-2nd respondent herein suspended the authorization of the petitioner, pending enquiry, on the ground of variation of stocks, apart from some other allegations which are mentioned in the impugned order. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that variations are minor. However in the impugned order apart from variations, some other allegations are also pointed out which are required to be enquired into by the authorities concerned.

In the circumstances, the 2nd respondent-Revenue Divisional Officer is directed to conduct enquiry and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. Miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
