When this matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, by filing a letter dated 24-5-2017 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Shayampet Police Station, Warangal District, would submit that Charge Sheet was filed in Cr.No.67 of 2011 of Shayampet Police Station and case was registered as C.C.No.544 of 2011 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Parkal and prayed to dismiss this Criminal Petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioners present and reported no objection.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructious. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand closed.
