THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.20447 of 2006 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and Sri B.Prakasham, learned Standing Counsel for respondents.

Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the action of 2nd respondent in not paying salary fixed by the Government vide G.O.Rt.No.2501 dt.13-07-2006 to the petitioner, who was working as Data Processing Officer on outsourcing basis in the 2nd respondent Society.

On 06-09-2007, this Court gave a direction to the respondents to consider extending the benefits for the purpose of payment of wages as per G.O.Rt.No.2501 within six (06) weeks from the date of the said order.

Learned counsel for petitioner states that in view of the said interim order, the petitioner has been given the benefits as per G.O.Rt.No.2501 dt.13-07-2006.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is accordingly closed. No costs. 6.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
