HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P.No.14120 & 14193 of 2019 COMMON ORDER:

Today, when these matters are taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue in these writ petitions is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.7110 of 2019 dated 03-04-2019 and requested to dispose of these writ petitions in terms of the said order, directing the Respondents to consider the cases of the petitioners for appointment under landlosers' quota in accordance with the Rules.. 2.

The learned Government Pleader appearing for Respondents also not disputed the same and submits that these writ petitions may be disposed of in terms of W.P.No.7110 of 2019 dated 03-04-2019. 3.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, these writ petitions are disposed of in terms of the order passed in W.P.No.7110 of 2019 dated 03-04-2019, directing the petitioners to submit a fresh representation before the District Collector within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and, upon such representation being received, the District Collector shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders and if the petitioners are found to be eligible, then District Collector shall recommend their cases for appointment, to respondents 2 to 6 in another eight weeks thereafter. It is needless to say that on recommendation of the District Collector, respondents 2 to 6 will consider the cases of the petitioners for appointment under landlosers'

quota in accordance with the Rules. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
