Heard learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

Petitioners claims to be owner and possessor of agricultural land admeasuring Ac.23.00 guntas in Sy.No.65/17/AA situated at Khanapur village, Gandipet mandal, Ranga Reddy district and he was also issued with pattadar passbooks and title deed. The limited grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that though he made application on 28.7.2018 to the 5th respondentTahsildar for issuance of 'e' pattadar passbook, the same is not being issued.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner is mutated in the revenue records and earlier petitioner was also issued with pattadar passbook and title deed, but the respondent authorities are not issuing 'e' pattadar passbook to the petitioner. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is a senior citizen and even though petitioner made application on 28.7.2018 for issuance of 'e' pattadar passbook, the same is not being issued, which is causing great hardship to the petitioner. 4.
Having regard to the above and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 5th respondent-Tahsildar to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.7.2018 and issue 'e' pattadar passbook if the petitioner is otherwise entitled and subject property is not included in the prohibitory list maintained
by the Government. The Tahsildar shall take decision and communicate the same to petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. __________________ P.NAVEEN RAO,J Date: 29.10.2019 DA
