THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.38342 OF 2014 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The prayer sought for in the writ petition is as under: "to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents 2 to 4 in registering the crime against the respondents 5 to 8 as illegal, arbitrary, violative of provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and unconstitutional and consequently, direct the respondents 2 to 4 to initiate action against the respondents 5 to 8 under the provisions of Indian Penal Code, 1860."
During the course of hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, submitted that pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner, a case in Crime No.101 of 2014 has been registered for the offence under Sections 447 and 324 r/w 34 I.P.C. on the file of Boinpalli Police Station, Karimnagar District on 10.10.2014 and investigation was taken up. In the light of the above, no further orders are required and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed. No costs.
