2. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that O.P.No.280 of 2016 on the file of learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vijayawada, Krishna District, was dismissed for default on 23.01.2018.

3. The present transfer petition is filed seeking transfer of the said O.P. Therefore, the present transfer petition becomes infructuous.

4. Hence, the present transfer petition is dismissed as infructuous, however, with liberty to the petitioner to revive the request, in case, the said O.P. is restored to file.
