CVNR,J & GSP,J CMA.Nos.368 & 529 of 2018 Dt: 30.08.2018 Common Judgment: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) These two Civil Miscellaneous Appeals (CMAs) arise out of Common Order, dated 15-03-2018, in IA.Nos.351 and 352 of 2016 in OS.No.175 of 2016 on the file of the V Additional District Judge, Bhongir.

After arguing the case, Mr.M.V.Suresh Kumar, learned Senior Counsel appearing for Mr.K.Suresh Reddy, learned Counsel for the appellant in both these CMAs, submitted that his client does not intend to press these CMAs on merits. He has, however, requested that the constructions, if any made by the respondents on the suit schedule property or any part thereof, pending the suit, may be made subject to its result.

In the light of the above submission, both these CMAs are dismissed, however, with the observation that the constructions, if any made by the respondents on the suit schedule property or any part thereof, during the pendency of the suit, shall be subject to its result.
