THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.45952 OF 2016 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed challenging the action of the third respondent in registering case against the petitioner in crime No.618 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 420, 406 and 409 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there was a compromise outside the Court. For production of terms of compromise, this Court adjourned the matter twice. Even today, when the matter is listed, the terms of compromise is not produced, but it is stated by the learned counsel that the matter was compromised.

In view of the above, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly closed.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
