Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Endowments appearing on behalf of the respondent No.1 and Sri Kotha Jaganmohan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No.2. With their consent, the present Writ Petition is being disposed of at the admission stage itself.

Questioning the notice vide File No.19/SAPSD/2021 dated 08.01.2022 issued by the respondent No.2 - Sri Ananthapadmanabha Swamy Devasthanam, Ananthagiri, Vikarabad District, rep. by its Executive Officer, to the petitioner for vacating the subject land within 15 days, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the petitioner has already submitted a reply dated 27.01.2022 to the impugned notice dated 08.01.2022, stating that in respect of the subject lands, the name of his father was recorded in the revenue records and after the death of his father, his name was recorded in the revenue records, but not the

respondent No.2 nor the third party, and he is in possession and enjoyment of the subject land.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No.2 has stated that the respondent No.2 will consider the reply stated to have been filed by the petitioner on 27.01.2022 and pass necessary orders only by following due process of law.

Having regard to the above, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to consider the reply dated 27.01.2022 stated to have been filed by the petitioner and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law. Till such time the orders are passed, no coercive steps shall be taken by the official respondents for dispossessing the petitioner from the subject land.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
