THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO Writ Petition No.14148 of 2019 ORDER :

Heard the counsel for petitioners, and the learned Government Pleader for respondents.

The petitioners' grievance in this Writ Petition is that the 3rd respondent had issued an endorsement on 21.01.2019 in their favour to incorporate the name of petitioners in the possession column in the Pahanies for the year 2018-19, and that respondent nos.3 and 4 have not implemented the same.

Having issued the Endorsement dt.21.01.2019, it is the duty of 3rd respondent and 4th respondent to ensure that it is implemented, and they cannot drive the petitioners to file the present Writ Petition to obtain a further direction to implement the same. 4.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is allowed. The respondent nos.3 and 4 are directed to incorporate the names of petitioners in the possession Column in the Pahanies for the year 2018-19, both on-line and off-line.

However, if any third-party is aggrieved by the same they are entitled to question it by initiating an appropriate proceeding in an appropriate Forum. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
