HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.8276 OF 2017 ORDER:
In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioner/ Revision Petitioner seeks to quash the proceedings in CC.No.237 of 2010 on the file of V Additional Sessions Judge, Kothagudem, registered for the offences under Sections 498-A, 494 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of D.P. Act.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 06.11..2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Kothagudem I Town Police Station, Bhadradri, Kothagudem District and submitted that after filing of charge sheet, C.C.No.237 of 2010 was registered and the same was ended in acquittal vide judgment dated 2.11..2018 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in CC No.237 of 2010 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

In view of the above submission of learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
