Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Government pleader for respondents.

Petitioner made an application for conducting of survey on his land to an extent of Ac.2-00 in Sy.No.23/A of Dadapur Village, Doma Mandal, Vikarabad District in F-line through TSTS Limited. The TSTS Limited issued receipt of filing of such application on 12.06.2019.

According to learned counsel for petitioner, so far survey is not conducted. That being so, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar-2nd respondent to act upon the request of petitioner for conducting of survey and take appropriate decision as warranted by law and communicate a decision to the petitioner within six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
