Vide present petition, the petitioner seeks a direction, thereby to enlarge the petitioner on bail in cr.No.363 of 2016 of Karimnagar II town PS, registered for the offences under Sections 420, 386 of IPC and Section 3(2)(v) of SCs & STs (POA) Act.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to withdraw the criminal petition. Permission granted.
