THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.5761 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioner claims that the land admeasuring Ac.0.48 cents in Survey No.270/C1 of Bethapudi Village, Phirangipuram Mandal, Guntur District, stands in the name of his vendor and since the mutation is sought to be affected in favour of the 6th respondent, he filed a representation dated 21.01.2016 before the 4th respondent, which is in the nature of objections to the request of the 6th respondent. The grievance of the petitioner is that respondents 3 and 4 are taking up the request of the 6th respondent for mutation in the revenue records disregard to his objection.

In view of the above, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the objections of the petitioner, referred to above, to the request of the 6th respondent for mutation, which is pending consideration before the 4th respondent as regard the subject land, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, expeditiously.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
