Ramasubramanian) Contending that he was held to be disqualified in NEET-2016, by applying the cut off marks required for OC candidates though he belonged to BC-E category, the petitioner has come up with the present writ petition.

Heard Mr. M. Shiva Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A. Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel for the 3rd respondentuniversity. 3.
In the application form submitted by the petitioner he has indicated his category to be "others". Therefore, naturally his application was treated under the category "others" for whom the cut off score in NEET-2016 was 685-145. The petitioner secured the marks of 127. Therefore, the petitioner cannot have any grievance. 4.
In any case, the admissions for the year 2016-2017 were long over. Hence no relief can be granted to the petitioner. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed.
