Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents.
2. The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that the petitioner had made an application on 28-01-2016 in Form-VI (A) under the provisions of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 for mutation in revenue records and also for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deeds before 4th respondent and that the 4th respondent is not passing any orders thereon. 3.
Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 4th respondent will consider the petitioner's representation dt.28-01-2016 within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dt.28-01-2016 within four (04)
weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. 5.
The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
