ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in detaining the vehicle bearing No.AP 16 TD 9666 while transporting finished Lime Stone Slabs on 13.6.2014, as arbitrary and illegal.

When the case was admitted on 18.6.2014, it was submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the vehicle was released and recording the same, WPMP was disposed of. In the absence of any counter-affidavit by the respondents and in view of release of vehicle as aforesaid, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
