HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.11624 of 2014 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner/A1 seeks to quash the FIR in Crime No.555 of 2014 of Saroornagar P.S, Cyberabad, which was registered against him for the offence under Section 420 IPC and Sections 3, 4, 5 of The Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978.

2) When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 09.02.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Saroornagar P.S, Rachakonda Commissionerate and submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed and case was registered as C.C.No.1 of 2015 on the file of XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the FIR has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3) There is no representation for petitioner.
