THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER CRIMINAL PETITION No.60 of 2015 ORDER:

This transfer criminal petition is filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C., to withdraw D.V.C. No.114 of 2014 from the file of the court of I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Vijayawada and transfer the same to the file of the court of II Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally at Miyapur to be tried along with C.C. No.1416 of 2014.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw transfer criminal petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to her under law. Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, this transfer criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
