This petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/accused No.1 seeking regular bail in Crime No.223 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Balanagar Police Station, Cyberabad, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 418, 420, 423, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) IPC and Section 82 of Registration Act, 1908 and Section 13(1)(d) read with 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under law. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
