Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Agriculture.

Having regard to the letter dated 18.06.2019 of District Agricultural Officer, District Agricultural Office, Manyamchalka, Nalgonda-3rd respondent, the 3rd respondent is directed to ensure that the amount due to the petitioner under Rythu Bandhu Scheme pertaining to land to an extent of Ac.19-13 guntas in Sy.Nos.40, 40EE, 474/a, 475/e and 486/1 of Madgulapally Village & Mandal, Nalgonda District, be disbursed expeditiously, preferably within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
