Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies.

The petitioner was appointed as fair-price shop dealer under women quota on regular basis for Mallipalli Village of Kalyandurg Mandal, Anantapur District in March, 1990. Her authorization was renewed from time to time. While so, the third respondent issued a show-cause notice and the petitioner submitted her explanation. Upon submission of the explanation, a final order was passed by the third respondent on 25-09-2014. Against the same, the petitioner preferred the appeal to the second respondent and pending the appeal, the petitioner also filed an application for stay of proceedings and the same was rejected on 04-03-2015. Challenging the rejection of the stay application filed by the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed.

In view of the challenge made to the order passed by the third respondent dated 25-09-2014 and making alternative arrangement pending appeal, this Court is not inclined to keep the writ petition pending.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to dispose of the appeal in accordance with law on or before 31-07-2015. In consequence, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
