ORDER: (Per CVNR,J) This writ petition is filed for a certiorari to quash the order, dated 14.10.2015, in O.A.No.6041 of 2015, on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, and to set aside the proceedings/order in Rc.No.814/R1A/R2B/2015, dated 18.09.2015, of respondent No.1, whereby the petitioner was transferred from the Primary Health Centre (PHC), Pedana to the PHC, Alluru, Krishna District and consequently, to direct respondent No.1 to retain the petitioner at PHC, Pedana.

Mr.K.Manik Prabhu, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed a letter, dated 23.02.2016, to the Registry, wherein he has stated that his client instructed him to seek permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition. Today, at the hearing, the learned counsel has reiterated the aforesaid request.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.48544 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
