When this Writ Petition has come up on 16.11.2015, on the request of advocate for petitioners, the matter was adjourned by one week while making it clear that no further adjournment will be granted. Inspite of that, there is no representation for petitioners and no interest is evinced in prosecuting the case. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
