Sri A.Ravi Babu, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 to 5 submits that the petitioner has alternate remedy of approaching the Labour Court.

The same is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy. No order as to costs.
