THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.18894 of 2004 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of certiorari, call for the records in I.A.No.42 of 2004 in I.D.No.4 of 2003 on the file of 1st respondent herein and declare the order dated 25.08.2004 passed in the said I.A. is illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently set aside the order.

2 When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing of the present Writ Petition has become infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
