Heard.
2. According to the petitioners, land to an extent of Ac.0.11 guntas in survey No.113/U1, Ac.0.05 guntas in survey No.123/RU4, Ac.1.38 guntas ins survey no.121/10/1, Acs.2.09 guntas in survey No.81/U4, Ac.1.16 guntas in survey No.81/E4, Ac.0.50 guntas in survey No.79/AA4 and Ac.0.05 guntas in survey No.1/U0, total admeasuring Acs.6.04 guntas situated at Paleannaram Village, Chilukuru Mandal, Suryapet District, belong to them. Their names are mutated in the revenue records. However, so far pattadar passbooks and title deeds are not issued in spite of making representations. Copy of the representation made on 20.03.2019 is filed as Ex.P.1.
3. As per the existing procedure, the Government is not accepting applications for mutation in physical form. For that purpose, the individual has to make an application in Form VI-A through web portal and then only such application will be accepted.
4. Since the petitioners have not followed the said procedure, it cannot be said that the respondents are negligent in acting upon their representation. Therefore, granting liberty to the petitioners to follow due procedure, the Writ Petition is dismissed. It is needless to observe that if any such application is made by the petitioners, the same shall be considered expeditiously, in accordance with law.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
