HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.18383 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioners assailing the action of the respondents in trying to evict the petitioners from their house bearing No.37/136, situated at Anjaiah Nagar, Gachibowli Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, without following due process of law.

It is the case of the petitioners that they filed representations dated 24.04.2010 under G.O.Ms.No.166 and also on nil.06.2011 under G.O.Ms.No.58, dated 30.12.2014 for regularization in respect of house bearing No.37/136, situated at Anjaiah Nagar, Gachibowli Village, Ranga Reddy District and same are pending with the 2nd and 3rd respondents.

Since it is stated that the representations of the petitioners dated 24.04.2010 and nil.06.2011 for regularization are pending with the respondents 2 and 3, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider and dispose of the said representations, in accordance with law. Till then, status quo orders passed by this Court on 28.06.2016 shall continue.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
