THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.29826 OF 2014 ORDER:

The petitioners pray for mandamus declaring the action of 1st and 2nd respondents in not issuing hall tickets to them to appear and take up M.Sc. (Nursing) online entrance test schedule to be held on 28.09.2014 at 10:00 A.M., as illegal and unconstitutional. This Court on 27.09.2014 and 30.10.2014 considered the grievance of the petitioners and passed a detailed interim order. However, no vacate stay petition is filed by the respondents. At the time of hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that the petitioners have taken up examination and have pursued M.Sc. (Nursing) Post Graduation as well. Hence, the interim directions are made final order in the Writ Petition and the petitioners have any cause of action subsequent to joining M.Sc. (Nursing) Post Graduation, they are free to question such cause of action in a duly instituted Writ Petition. With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
