BALAYOGI C.R.P.No. 2480 of 2017 O R D E R:- (ORAL) Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order dated 16.05.2017 in I.A.No. 64 of 2017 in O.P.No. 102 of 2017 passed by the Vacation Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

It is not in dispute that O.P.No. 102 of 2017 itself was disposed of by order dated 25.07.2017, thus, the present Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

In view of the above, the C.R.P. is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs.

It is needless to mention that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 25.07.2017 passed in O.P.No. 102 of 2017, it may challenge the same at the appropriate forum, if so advised.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
