HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.1 1 8 8 7 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri P.Radhiva Reddy, learned Counsel appearing for respondents No.1 and 2, and the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents No.3 and 4.

Petitioner in the present Writ Petition is praying for a direction to the 4th respondent, to adjudicate his claim on merits in O.P.No.61 of 2017. The Special Deputy Collector (Land Acquisition), Hyderabad Metro Rail, Hyderabad, while determining the compensation payable under the provisions of the Act 30 of 2013 vide proceedings No.C3/ 2340/ 2013, dated 01.09.2017, referred the matter to the 4th respondent under Section 76 of the Act on the ground of dispute of title over the subject properties. It is submitted that the petitioner herein filed an interlocutory application on 15.03.2018 in O.P.No.61 of 2017 on the file of the 4th respondent herein seeking his impleadment in the said O.P., but so far no orders have been passed.

Since it is only the request of the writ petitioner in the present Writ Petition for adjudication of his claim, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition with a direction to the 4th respondent to adjudicate O.P.No.61 of 2017 by taking into consideration the Interlocutory Application filed by the petitioner for his impleadment after giving opportunity to all the stakeholders, as expeditiously as possible.
