THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.2102 OF 2013 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 02.12.2012 for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds. Now the learned Government Pleader, on the basis of written instructions, submits that the errors that have crept in the pattadar pass books and title deeds were corrected and certified copies of the pahanies were also issued to the petitioner.

In view of the same, nothing survives in the writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly closed.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
