THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CRIMINAL PETITION No.14821 of 2016 ORDER:

The present application is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking extension of time granted to surrender the petitioners.

By an order dated 08.06.2016 the learned Magistrate while granting anticipatory bail, directed the petitioners to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kuppam within ten days from that day and on such surrender, the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kuppam was directed to release the petitioners on bail on their executing personal bond for Rs.10,000/ - each with two sureties for a like sum each. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case time granted to the petitioners to surrender is hereby extended till 05.10.2016. It is made clear that no further extensions will be granted. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
