CVNR, J & TA, J CrlA.No.1443 of 2011 Dt:28.8.2018 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Criminal Appeal by accused No.9 in Sessions Case No.348 of 2009 on the file of the III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Karimnagar, is filed against judgment, dated 09.12.2011, whereby he was convicted for the offence punishable under Section-302 read with Section-109 I.P.C. At the hearing, Mr. K.Buchi Babu, learned counsel for the appellant, submitted that he is informed by his counterpart in the lower Court that the appellant died on 15.8.2018.
