Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the competent authority under the AP (Andhra Area) Estates (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1948 or a competent Civil Court for adjudication of the issue of title to the subject property.

Granting liberty as sought, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
