Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri D.Balakishan Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the 1st respondent-Telangana Public Service Commission. Since the grievance of the petitioner is already pending before the 1st respondent by way of representations, it is for the 1st respondent to consider the same and take action in accordance with law.

In view of the same, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the representations of the petitioner dated 06-02-2018, 07-02-2018, 08-02-2018 and 15-03-2018 in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
