Pursuant to the notice in Form-I, contemnor is present in

Court. He filed an affidavit stating that the appeal, filed against the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer dated 11.05.2015, was taken on file on 13.06.2015, and the stay petition was rejected. After rejection of the stay petition, a copy of the order of this Court, in W.P.No.15607 of 2015 dated 10.06.2015, was received on 22.06.2015.

Since the stay petition was dismissed by the date of receiving of a copy of the order of this Court on 22.06.2015, the order stood complied with. In view of the same, further proceedings in the contempt case are dropped. The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed. No order as to costs.
