This application is filed to withdraw FCOP No.790 of 2015 from the file of Family Court, Vijayawada, and transfer the same to Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

2. Advocate for respondent represented that O.P. before Family Court, Vijayawada is already disposed of on 27.06.2016 and, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. He has produced certified copy of order of Family Court, Vijayawada, dated 27.06.2016.

3. As seen from the record, this application is filed on 20.06.2016 and subsequent to filing of this application, O.P. was disposed of by Family Court, Vijayawada.

4. In view of the disposal of the O.P. by Family Court, Vijayawada, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand dismissed. ___________________ S. RAVI KUMAR, J 24th August, 2016.
