Petitioner though challenges the notice issued to him on 03.09.2016 appointing enquiry officer, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner would be satisfied, if a direction is issued to complete the disciplinary proceedings within a fixed time frame.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, enquiry officer concluded the proceedings. If what is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner is true, the District Medical & Health Officer, Khammam (2nd respondent) is directed to complete the disciplinary proceedings and pass final orders, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
