HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Crl.P. No. 16919 of 2016 O R D E R:- Inasmuch as the petitioner - A1, earlier filed a Crl.P.No. 16271 of 2016 for the very same relief as sought for in the present petition, and this Court, by order dated 28.11.2016, dismissed the same, and since then, there have been no changed circumstances, this Criminal Petition is not maintainable.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
