THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.11901 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up written instructions, obtained from the fourth respondent, who is physically present before this Court, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader and the said instructions read as follows:

1. Resolution from the Gram Panchayats.

2.Grama Sabha shall be conducted before executing the identified work.

3.Entire Gram Panchayat including Sarpanch and other members shall be involved at the time of execution of work as per the departmental norms/G.Os. of the Panchayat Raj.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the above written instructions. There shall be no order as to costs.
