After making submissions for some time, Sri S. Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedies as available in law.

Leave is granted.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for by the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
