THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.22228 OF 2016 ORDER:

As there is an element of controversy with respect to applicability of the order dated 03.03.2016 passed in W.P.Nos.6780 and 6891 of 2016 and the order dated 28.04.2016 passed in W.P.Nos.9018 of 2016 and batch by the Division Bench of this Court, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition so as to approach the Division Bench by challenging the provision like in other cases.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Granting liberty, as prayed for, Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in the Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
