THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.9060 of 2010 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Crime No.472 of 2010 on the file of the Station House Officer, II Town Police Station, Vijayawada City, Krishna District. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that after completion of the investigation, the matter was referred as civil in nature.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, no further orders are necessary in this petition. Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
