Petition No. 3BB4 of 2019 dated lB/07120L9, pending disposal of CRLP No. 3BB4 of 2019, on the file of the High Court.

No.38842OLg Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Station House Officer, Subedari Police Station, Warangal Commissionerate to enlarge the petitioners/A-1 to A-5 on bail in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No. 254 of 2019 of Subedari Police Station, Warangal Commissionerate in the interest of justice.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the grounds filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated 18-07-2019 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI P DEVENDER Advocate for the Petitioners and the PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the Respondent No.1, the Court made the following

Heard both sides, Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, since charge sheet has already been filed, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dt.18-07-2019 in CrlP.No.3884 of 2019 regarding appearance of the petitioners/Al to A5 before the SHO concerned/ is hereby relaxed.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
