.. Respondents This court made the following :

- 2 - THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.14165 OF 2019 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. 2.

According to petitioner land to an extent of Ac.0-12 guntas in Sy.No.465/190, of Maripeda Village and Mandal, Mahabubabad District, is standing in the name of his father. His father died on 05.10.1999. Petitioner claims to have succeeded to the said property. This writ petition is filed alleging that even though he submitted representation to issue pattadar pass book and title deed, so far they are not issued. Therefore, petitioner seeks a direction to issue pattadar pass book and title deed.

3.

The material on record would disclose that as of now, the name of petitioner is not reflected in the revenue records. Unless petitioner's name is mutated in the revenue records, pattadar pass book and title deed cannot be issued. Further a procedure is prescribed to make application for mutation as well as issuance of pattadar pass book but not in the form of physical representation. Thus, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted.

4.

Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to file application for mutation as well as issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed as prescribed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. __________________ P.NAVEEN RAO,J 11th July, 2019 Rds
